Returns Made Easy
At Paddle & Padel, we believe confidence in your gear begins with confidence in your experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right — with a smooth, supportive return process.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on all products, including apparel, within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All original tags and accessories must be included
- A proof of purchase is required
Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at Support@PaddleandPadel.com .
If your return meets our guidelines, we’ll provide:
- Clear instructions for safely shipping your item back
- A prepaid return label for U.S. orders
- For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Please wait for return approval before sending anything back. This ensures we can properly track your return and process it without delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishables
- Personal care items
- Flammable or hazardous goods
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items

Need to Exchange?
The easiest way to make an exchange is to return your item and place a new order for the one you’d like. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed promptly.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation and issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
