📦 Order Processing
Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) on a business day are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.
🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’re in processing. If needed, you may return your item after it’s delivered. (See our Return Policy.)
📦 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to address issues or delivery failure, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
