At Paddle & Padel, we believe confidence in your gear begins with confidence in your experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right — with a smooth, supportive return process.


🕒 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on all products, including apparel, within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
🔹 Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
🔹 All original tags and accessories must be included
🔹 A proof of purchase is required


📦 Start a Return

To begin a return, simply email us at Support@PaddleandPadel.com.

If your return meets our guidelines, we’ll send you:
🔹 A prepaid return label
🔹 Clear instructions for safely shipping your item back

We kindly ask that you wait for return approval before sending anything back. This ensures we can track your return and process it without delays.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We'll quickly evaluate the issue and take care of it for you.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

🔹 Customized or personalized products
🔹 Perishables
🔹 Personal care items
🔹 Flammable or hazardous goods
🔹 Gift cards
🔹 Clearance or final sale items

🔄 Need to Exchange?

The easiest way to make an exchange is to return your item and place a new order for the one you’d like. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed promptly.


💳 Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation and issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
