Shipping & Delivery

At Paddle & Padel, we believe your equipment should move as swiftly as your game. Whether you're on the court or off it, our shipping is designed to match your pace — with clarity, care, and speed.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) on a business day are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Economy Shipping (2–13 business days depending on item location)

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide and offer free shipping on all international orders.

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter processing. If needed, you may return your item after delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to address issues or delivery failure, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
